I collaborated with a team of five mechanical engineering students to design and plan the manufacturing of a Formula-style race car pedal box assembly. Using SolidWorks, I modeled the full assembly—including the frame, clevises, rails, carriages, and pedals—and created complete 2D drawings with GD&T specifications suitable for production. I developed manufacturing process plans and travelers for CNC milling, manual machining, bending, and other fabrication steps needed to produce 200 assemblies annually at a target cost of $500 per unit, estimating $100,000 in yearly revenue.
